This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and Alright Agile. This agreement also covers our Privacy Policy By installing, copying or using any of the Alright Agile's Atlassian Apps (referred to as plugin or add-on), you strictly agree to terms of this EULA. This EULA is a supplement to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use (Atlassian EULA) By agreeing to the terms of this EULA, you also agree to all of the above. If you do not agree with the EULA and its supplements, you must not install, copy or use the PLUGIN and must uninstall and remove any version or copy of it.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our Atlassian plugins do not gather, collect, store, process or transmit any information about individuals nor do they process analytical or tracking information.
